TOMMY BENSTON

SVP Customer Success

Tommy Benston leads the teams responsible for ensuring the success of Movista’s customers, including Professional Services, Customer Care and Relationship Management. He draws on 25+ years of experience to ensure customers receive top-notch service and realize maximum value from their technology investments. Tommy passionately believes that fostering a customer-centric organizational culture drives customer success. 

In prior roles, his teams served multiple major retailers, in addition to other industries such as consumer packaged goods. Tommy came to Movista from Basware, where he was Vice President of Customer Success. Earlier in his career, he built and led marketing and channel functions at Verian and Blackbaud. He loves the energy and pace of the technology world. 

Tommy and his family live in Charlotte, NC, where he is an avid (and often frustrated) fan of the Carolina Panthers
