Madhu Kota

Madhu Kota is our Chief Technology Officer (CTO), responsible for leading all aspects of technology including technology strategy, product engineering and R&D functions. He brings 25+ years of experience in information technology and product development across several industries including FinTech, HealthTech, E-Commerce and Risk Management.  Most recently Madhu worked as the CTO at Riskonnect where he led a global product engineering organization that built integrated risk management solutions. Prior to that, Madhu held leadership positions in technology at Fiserv and Pegasystems. Throughout his career, Madhu has been aligning technologies to solve business problems, scaling engineering organizations, and developing software products that enhance customer experience and provide increased value.

Madhu earned his master’s degree in Industrial Systems Engineering from Auburn University and completed the executive general management program at Harvard Business School. He resides in Atlanta, GA and enjoys long-distance running and hiking.
