Monica Haught is our VP, People & Policy, responsible for engagement strategies, culture initiatives, and talent management to maximize the company’s growth.
She brings 20+ years of experience in people resources across several industries including SaaS, retail and portfolio management companies. Her experience includes serving as Sr. Director, Human Resources & Organizational Development at Meriton and Director of Human Resources at Benefitfocus, a benefits SaaS organization. Monica is passionate about building strong company culture and constantly improving & evolving the employee experience. She holds an MBA from Texas Women’s University and a bachelor’s degree in human resources development from Clemson University.
Monica resides in Dallas, TX with her husband and three stepchildren. She enjoys playing soccer, coaching youth girls basketball and traveling.
