Rodney (Rodd) Olmstead

Senior Executive with 25 years’ experience in Operations, Business Strategy, Change Leadership & Transformation, Retail, Supply Chain, E-commerce, Grocery, and Apparel.

Rodd began his career at Walmart as a Store Manager and rose progressively through the ranks- from District Manager to Regional Vice President, to Chief Operations Officer and as an Executive of Change and Transformation.

Rodd has managed multiple PNL’s of significant size and scope ranging to $8 Billion with 300+ sites, and 30k employees.

As an Operations Expert, Rodd led and supported multiple transformations, implementations, and turn arounds across dynamic industries, retail bricks and mortar, grocery, ecommerce, supply chain, and organizational restructures. He has led and successfully delivered projects in Canada, USA, China and Japan, while mentoring other teams in Africa, UK, and India.

Rodd holds an MBA in Business Operations and Transformation from Athabasca University.
